An Nam Vietnamese Restaurant (Fountain, Colorado)

An Nam Vietnamese Restaurant

A great little hidden away Vietnamese restaurant on the outskirts of Fountain, Colorado (in a strip mall). Never too crowded, extremely friendly staff, and delicious food – and decently priced as well. The Chinese and the Vietnamese menu offerings are all very good. The Pho is to die for. Not bad Sake either. The ambiance is a little plain – but the service and cuisine makes up for the setting. Always a top-notch experience. Rating: 4 stars out of 5.

Apparently Three Margarita’s is a chain, though you wouldn’t really guess that visiting the establishment. They made accomodations for our team of 13 who came and dined with them on the evening of the 9th. Friendly service, great food, and good atmosphere. Definitely could feel and smell the delicious Mexican food they make in the establishment when you walk in. Great free chips and dip all around the table with constant refills. I was filled up just on those by the time the food arrived. Margarita’s are good there too. Got the Mango Margarita, which hit the spot to the day. Apparently they have alot of music in the establishment with live mariachi bands a common occurence from 6-9 on thursdays. They boast of having over 100 kinds of tequila. For dinner I tried the Seafood Chimichanga, a Chimi from the coast, rolled fried flour tortilla with prawns, crab, sauteed vegetables, scallops and sour cream covered with a delicious creamy sauce. It was as delicious as it sounds, but much smaller proportions than expected especially when looking at everyone else’s enormous plates. Rating: 4 stars out of 5.
