Photos taken by Technogypsie.com may be copied, reproduced, and shared by anyone attending an event unless otherwise specified or if they are in the image as long as they retain the copyright imprint and are not altered in any way. Photos cannot be used for ANY commercial purpose and cannot be reprinted, sold, or utilized to promote any for profit purpose without compensation of the photographer and subject within the photo. These photos are non-commercial and are a community service gift. These photos are shared with the community they represent for memory-sake, for illustration of the event, and for those who forgot a camera to enjoy. All photos close-up of an individual was done so with the person’s permission as is obvious from the intentional pose of the individuals in the photo. Some photos have people in the background that may be recognizable and are not closeup. If you are in a photo we take and do not want to be up in our online gallery – please email us at technogypsie @ gmail . com [ remove spaces before sending email ] with photo name and web link and we’ll remove it. If you are in the background of a photo that was intentional and the main person wants the picture up, we’ll blur out your face or image. Images taken are uploaded often without review to the galleries and are buried amongst hundreds if not thousands of images – so specifying web page and image name (right click on image choose properties) is essential. Most photos are in private community-access or friends-only galleries as well.

Photos of natural wonders, buildings, scenery, imagery, food, art, and public-imagery must have direct permission to repost or use. Items of this nature that are to be used for commercial purposes can be purchased or leased for clip or photo art on a case-by-case, individual basis. No images containing an individual can be used for a commercial purpose without their consent or release.
