Pho Brothers (Colorado Springs, Colorado)

Pho Brothers
~ 1107 S Nevada Ave, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903 – (719) 445-0760 ~

Just off Nevada Avenue, Pho Brothers is a small Vietnamese restaurant located within a mini strip mall. When you walk through their doors you escape the grime of the neighborhood, into a bustling fun ambiance with large screen entertainment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is divine. If you’re a fan of Pho, this is the place to go in Colorado Springs. I got the seafood pho and a thai tea bubble drink. It was delicious.

New Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant II (Seattle, WA)

Meatball Pho, Red Bean Bubble Tea, Egg rolls

New Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant II * 1529 6th Ave. * (between Pike St & Pine St) * Seattle, WA 98101 * (206) 623-0212

A nice little hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese restaurant under the shopping complexes that make up the fashion district of downtown Seattle. Its stairs down into the basement. Very friendly staff, decent prices, and good offerings. I had the meatball pho, ordered egg rolls, and a red bean bubble tea – all of which were spectacularly delicious. Great experience and perfect for a cold winter day. Spiced nice. Rating : 4 stars out of 5.

Pho Cafe, Los Angeles, California

Pho Cafe * 2841 W Sunset Blvd * Los Angeles, CA 90026 * (213) 413-0888
An excellent little hole-in-the-wall cafe that isn’t labelled on the outside by billboards or store signs … you simply have the store number to identify its location. A great little Vietnamese cuisine location that is cash-only. Some of the world’s best Pho can be found here. If in L.A. and a fan of Vietnamese … this is the place to go, located just off Sunset down between Los Feliz and Echo Park nestled in Silver Lake. Decor is modern yet minimalist and its always crowded. Waiting for a table is worth it. This evening I had the cold vermicelli noodles with the bef, shrimp, and egg rolls which was spectacular. Delicious. Great Sake too. Rating 5 stars out of 5.
